A genuine passion for early childhood learning and development., * Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services with proof of enrolment in an AQF Diploma in Children's Services, OR
n
Diploma in Children's Services (AQF Level 2)
OR Advanced Diploma or higher in Children's Services or Education
n
Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement)
n
Valid Working with Children Blue Card
n
Current Police Clearance
n
Desirable
n
Previous experience working in early childhood education
n
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant government regulations, and the ECA Code of Ethics
n
Ability to plan and implement engaging, educational programs for young children
n
Work Workplace

Queensland Local Government Industry Award - ($77,000 to $79,000 per annum, depending on qualifications/experience) + Superannuation
