The Role

Working closely with other Retail Managers you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help build a high-performing, engaged team.
n
Your focus will be on:

Leading from the front on the shop floor
n
Coaching and developing team members to lift performance
n
Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience
n
Managing stock, VM, and operational standards
n
Creating a positive,
accountable team workplace.

This role is ideal for someone who:

n
Is currently a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Store Manager ready for a bigger challenge
n
Comes from big box, speciality, large-format or high-volume retail
n
Enjoys developing people and being hands-on in store
n
Wants to be part of a current store journey, not just maintain the status quo
