About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Aged-Care home in Regional NSW, on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced RN who is confident working independently and is looking for a rewarding role in a rural setting.
Key Responsibilities
Work a combination of morning and evening shifts
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
Work independently, with typically one RN on shift
Participate in an on-call roster 1–2 days per week
Respond to phone calls when required while on call
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care
What's on Offer
$56–$60 per hour, depending on experience

8 weeks of accommodation provided
On-call arrangements with a minimum of 4 hours' pay

About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
4–5+ years of nursing experience
Aged care experience is highly desirable
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
The ability to work confidently and independently
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts
Availability for 1–2 on-call days per week
Willingness to work in a regional/rural location
