Manage property transactions from start to finish




Advise on commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing
Support business clients on property issues tied to commercial deals
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Work alongside a junior lawyer, senior contractor and paralegal support
Help drive growth across the property and commercial team

Senior property law experience (5+ years PAE in private practice needed)
Robust commercial property, sales and leasing capability
Confidence handling clients directly
Ability to work autonomously and keep matters moving
