As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of InterestfromSeniorPlannersinterestedinexpanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels,refiningand terminal infrastructure sectors.
This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities.
You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, constructionand commissioning.

KeyResponsibilities
Developandmaintainintegratedproject schedules for fuel terminal, bulkstorage,pipelineandinfrastructure projects, ensuring alignment withprojectobjectives,milestonesandoperational requirements.
Lead the planning and scheduling process across all project phases, including engineering, procurement,construction,commissioningandproject closeout activities.
Monitor project progress against approvedbaselines,identifyingschedulerisks, delays and opportunities, and implementing recovery plans whererequired.
Collaborate closely with project managers,engineers,contractorsandoperational stakeholders toensureaccurateplanningassumptions,resourceallocationandschedule updates.
Prepare detailed planningreports,dashboardsandscheduleanalyses,providingclearinsights into project performance, critical pathactivitiesand forecast completion dates.
Support project controls and governance processes through effective schedule management, change control, riskassessmentand the development of scenario and what-if analyses to support decision-making.
About you
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or major infrastructure projects.
Advancedproficiencyinplanning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, with strongexpertiseindeveloping,analysingandmaintainingcomplexproject schedules.
Robust understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineeringteams,contractorsandoperational personnel.
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving,communicationandreporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
