Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect
Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid
Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full‐stack solutions with strong front‐end expertise in Next.js and robust backend development in C#/.
NET Core.
Act as a technical leader—mentor engineers, run workshops, and drive best practices.
Architect and implement scalable microservices using GraphQL, REST, and modern data access patterns.
Work end‐to‐end with a DevSecOps mindset, including CI/CD, automated tests, security, monitoring, and infrastructure‐as‐code.
Use AI‐assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Promote innovation, challenge existing approaches,



and bring creative problem‐solving skills.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
Strong experience across SDLC, architecture, design, deployment, and Agile delivery.
Expertise in Next.js, React, C#, .
NET Core, and microservices design.
Hands‐on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity).
Solid knowledge of security standards, DevSecOps, logging, monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus), and SLI/SLO concepts.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, API design, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with automated testing (Unit, Regression, Playwright, JMeter).
Experience with DevOps toolchain (GitHub, Artifactory, Octopus, SonarQube, Snyk).
