Job Description

This position provides input into the oversight of the end-to-end data acquisition cycle, from specification to provision of high-quality data sets for users within the Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA).

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with various stakeholders to implement recent data warehouse and process for managing the IHACPA aged care activity and cost data.

Providing technical support to data collection covering data acquisitions, analysis, monitoring, validating, information security, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
n
Maintaining technical material such as tools in Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and Sequential Query Language (SQL) to transform and consolidate data as required.
n
Working with internal and external stakeholders to fill IHACPA reporting requirements in current Secure Data Management System build.
n
Making inputs to IHACPA strategies, policies, priorities and work practices for various data management systems.
