What you'll be doing Initially, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader around the asphalt plant, including loading aggregates and maintaining stockpiles
As you develop, you'll be trained across the production side of the plant, working towards becoming anAsphalt Batcherresponsible for coordinating and controlling asphalt production
What we're looking for
Experience operating afront-end loader, ideally in quarrying, asphalt, concrete, mining or a similar environment
Strong safety awareness
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Mechanically minded and willing to learn
Comfortable working around heavy machinery and production equipment
Good communication and ability to work as part of a team
Previous asphalt or batch plant experience is an advantage, butnot essential
