Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover
n
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards
n
Drive OH&S; compliance and maintain a safe working workplace
n
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved
n
Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
n
Oversee QA processes, defect management and project documentation
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience delivering apartment or multi-residential projectsas a Site Manager
n
Proven ability to manage projects valued at $20M+
n
Robust leadership and communication skills
n
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and quality management
n
Solid knowledge of Australian building regulations and OH&S; requirements
n
Ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
n
