We are looking for Diploma and Cert 3 trained educators to support our teams at our Central Coast centres, including Point Clare, Niagara Park, Terrigal, Wamberal, Tuggerah and Kanwal.

n

The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated team member who love teaching and brings the best out of every child.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with all children, families and work colleagues
n
Be able to build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests
n
Ensure the centre workplace is developmentally appropriate for children
n
Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
n
Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment
n
Be part of a supportive team setting and culture that values collaboration through sharing information and teamwork
n




Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained
n

Required qualifications:

A Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
