Divine Medical & Cosmetic Skin Centre – Bundaberg QLD
GP practice requiring exceptional medical receptionist to join its busypractice.Experienceandflexibilityessential.
The centre opens 7 days excluding Public Holidays.
The role requires (but isnot limited to):
Patient management - welcoming, prioritisingand appointment scheduling
Liaison with Doctors, Practice Managerand RNs
Medicare, DVA and private billing.
Incoming & outgoing mail & accurate scanning
Management of patient electronic records
Accounts and receipting
Cleanliness and restocking of consult rooms & surgery
Experience & attributes:
Previous medical reception experience
Flexibilityofavailabilityfor all shifts.




Fast,accuratecomputerskills(Best Practiceexperience would be highly regarded)
Ability to multi-task with a highattention to detail& work under pressure
Desire to learn recent skills e.g sterilising, cosmetic services etc
Professional, well presentedimage
A positive attitudeand lots of energy
Past Best Practice Software experience is an added advantage.
