Key Responsibilities:

n

Provide personal care and daily living assistance in in-home settings
n
Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
n
Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties,



and domestic assistance
n
Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing
n
Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
n
Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
n
First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Driver's licence + reliable car + comprehensive insurance
n
Full Australian Working Rights
n
Based in Australia
