The Role

n

You will play a key part in the daily operation of our service department by:

n

n
Delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Supporting the management team.
n
Managing customer enquiries and service bookings.
n
Following up Work in Progress and keeping customers informed.
n
Working closely with technicians and workshop control.
n
Assisting with customer concerns and escalations.
n
Identifying opportunities to maximise workshop sales and efficiency.
n
Helping lead and develop the front counter team.
n

About You

n

You have:

n

n
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
n
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
n
A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
n
The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
n
A desire to develop your career and become a leader within the automotive industry.
