Senior Business Analyst - Student Management System experience

Senior Business Analyst required who has worked on a Student Management System implementation, this is a requirement for this role.

Your responsibilities:

Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience leading business-driven discovery and delivering process outcomes, including:Eliciting and documenting business requirements and user needs (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).
n
Drive current state business process understanding and process transformation/creation, with the ability to identify gaps, pain points, risks and opportunities.
n
Designing future-state processes and supporting process transformation/creation, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
n
Solid stakeholder management: able to work autonomously,



move quickly, and adapt to different stakeholder styles and priorities.
n
Facilitation skills to drive alignment across business and technology teams (clarifying questions, option assessment, impact analysis, dependency identification).
n
Comfortable producing explicit artefacts (process maps, requirements, decision logs) and maintaining documentation
n
Data uplift, compliance and governance.
n
Must have experience working on a Student Management System as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
n
Working in Education is a requirement for the role
n
Solid training and change management experience
