About the Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join their Business Services division.
You'll work closely with Partners and Managers on a varied client base spanning multiple industries, gaining exposure to complex compliance and advisory work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
Preparation and review of BAS/IAS
Assisting with tax planning and advisory work, including Div 7A and CGT matters




Liaising directly with clients to build and maintain solid working relationships
Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members (Senior level)
Involvement in FBT and SMSF compliance as required
Working with cloud-based accounting software and XPM
About You
CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
2-5+ years' experience in an Australian public practice environment
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build client rapport
Experience mentoring junior staff highly regarded (for Senior-level candidates)
