Core Talent is partnering with a well-established commercial fit out contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to add an accomplished Project Manager to its high-performing delivery team.

With more than 20 years in the market, this contractor has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across office, education, retail, hospitality and government sectors. Their projects are known for quality, repeat business and cooperative client relationships.

The Role
n
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with senior leadership, site teams and clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from award through to completion.
n
Coordinate project programmes, procurement and subcontractor management.
n
Monitor project budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
n




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety and programme requirements.
n
Mentor and support Site Managers, Project Coordinators and Contracts Administrators.
n
Identify and manage project risks while driving successful project outcomes.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector - Retail fit out is advantageous
n
Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued between $2M and $20M.
n
Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or similar.
n
