Your responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional standards across every service.
n
Drive menu innovation while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the existing offering.
n
Recruit,



mentor and develop a motivated kitchen brigade.
n
Manage food cost, labour and inventory to achieve solid commercial outcomes.
n
Create a positive, professional kitchen culture built on accountability and teamwork.
n
Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for continual improvement.
n

What we're looking for

n
Trade qualified Chef with extensive leadership experience in premium Japanese restaurants.
n
Proven success as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within a high-volume environment.
n
Strong understanding of Japanese flavours, techniques and premium ingredients.
n
Experience creating and costing menus that balance creativity with commercial performance.
n
Confident leading, developing and retaining high-performing kitchen teams.
n
