UGL is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Security & Setting Manager to drive the HSE strategy for the Major Projects division. Lead a team of HSSE specialists, ensuring protected, compliant delivery across rail, road and tunnel projects.

The role requires strong rail legislation understanding, ICAM familiarity, and the ability to coach project leaders while shaping a safety-centric culture across sites.
