Your responsibilities will include:

n
Providing outstanding customer service and sales support in our retail showroom.

n
Coordinating customer orders from quotation and artwork approval through to production and delivery.

n
Preparing and editing artwork for embroidery, heat transfers, screen printing, and other branding applications.

n
Creating engaging Facebook and social media content to promote our products and services.

n
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

n
Assisting with general administration, merchandising, and day-to-day retail operations.

n

About the Candidate

n
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in retail sales (essential).

n
Previous experience in production coordination, branded apparel, uniforms, promotional products, or a similar industry.

n
Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.

n




Experience with AI-assisted graphics and vectorising artwork would be highly regarded.

n
A positive understanding of Facebook marketing and social media content creation.

n
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.

n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

n
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

n
Experience in the workwear, uniforms, embroidery, or promotional products industry will be highly regarded.
