Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of a large-scale program within a complex financial services setting.

This is a high-priority contract opportunity suited to a senior delivery professional who can operate with minimal supervision, manage executive stakeholders and maintain robust governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and technology initiatives.
n
Establish and maintain effective program governance, reporting and delivery controls.
n
Manage senior stakeholders across business, technology and executive leadership teams.
n
Identify delivery risks, dependencies and issues, and communicate them appropriately to different stakeholder audiences.
n
Prepare executive-level reporting, steering committee updates and decision papers.
n
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery remains aligned with strategic objectives.
n




Drive outcomes across complex environments with limited supervision.
n
Support delivery planning and execution in accordance with Secure principles.
n
Current SAFe certification.
n
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or delivery initiatives.
n
Strong consulting experience and/or significant experience within a large financial services organisation.
n
Deep understanding of governance frameworks, program controls and executive reporting.
n
Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Ability to appropriately position complex issues for technical, business and executive audiences.
n
Proven ability to operate independently and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
n
Candidates must currently be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
