Job Description

People's Coffee CBD is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our flagship 80 Collins store and deliver rapid, friendly service for workers and locals in a busy CBD setting.

You will run day-to-day operations of a high-volume espresso bar, lead a tight-knit team of baristas and floor staff, and manage rosters, stock and budgets while ensuring food safety and WHS standards are met.
