Painter & Decorator

n

For this full time position, you will:

n

n
Perform high-quality painting, surface preparation, and finishing on various surfaces, ensuring attention to detail and a flawless finish.
n
Apply protective coatings, sealants, and other products according to manufacturer specifications.
n
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
n
Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain clear communication on progress and challenges.
n
Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a clean and organised work environment.
n

Requirements

n

n
Minimum of 1 year post training experience in painting and decorating, with expertise in both interior and exterior projects.
n
Qualifications in Painting and Decorating (Certificate III or equivalent preferred).
n
Proven experience in commercial, residential, and/or industrial painting.
n
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.




n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
n
Functional English
n
Qualification may be substituted with relevant work experience as part of the Recognition of Prior Learning process.
n

n

Annual earnings for full time, permanent employees: $79,423 - $83,394 per year plus 12% Superannuation
