The Service Delivery Lead strengthens program stability, practice quality, and operational consistency across the Refuge and Recovery portfolio.
The role provides senior-level support, leading proactive practice uplift, supporting onboarding and induction, coordinating cross‐program initiatives, and driving internal projects that enhance service delivery, compliance, and practice excellence.
The Service Delivery Lead will support teams who work directly with women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence.
This includes reinforcing trauma‐informed, child‐centred, and safety‐driven practice, ensuring teams are equipped to respond to complex risk, and maintaining high standards of service delivery through a child rights lens.

In this full time, max term role (12 months till 27 th August ****) you'll work as a part of our Gulf DFV Programs in Mount Isa to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
You will make a difference by:
Providing high‐quality induction, supervision and performance management to new and existing staff
Supporting Teams to develop, monitor and review practice that strengthens outcomes for service users, including children
Leading colla borative work with external services and agencies, and building strong, strategic stakeholder relationships across the sector
Driving program development and continuous improvement through data led decision making
Identifying, managing and monitoring risks related to service delivery, practice quality, staff wellbeing and Child Safeguarding

This role requires:
Qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field, or significant relevant experience
Demonstrated experience leading a team, including professional supervision
Experience working with culturally diverse families and communities
Proven experience with complex program management and service delivery
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high performing team to achieve collective goals, program and client outcomes.
