The Role You'll manage a tidy,



systemised residential portfolio with excellent backend support, allowing you to focus on quality service rather than volume.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
End-to-end management of approximately 120 residential properties
n
Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews
n
Completing entry and exit condition reports as required
n
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
n
Working autonomously while being fully supported by established processes and systems
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management
n
Confident working independently and managing your own portfolio
n
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
