This 12-month contract focuses on case managing children in OOHC and supporting carers and birth families to secure secure, stable outcomes.
Applicants should have a degree in social work, early childhood, psychology or related field and at least 12 months of case management experience.
A valid driver's licence is required and hybrid work options are available.
