Job Description
VicRoads Registration and Licensing Services (RLS) – Sunshine VIC is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Sunshine Customer Service Centre. You will lead the team, deliver high quality customer service, and support staff development through ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities include workload planning, identifying development needs, and driving improvements with creative solutions. A current driver's license is required, and travel to neighbouring sites may be needed.
