Our client, a renowned supplier of timber flooring solutions within the residential trade sector, is seeking a skilled and passionate Business Development Manager to join their Sydney team.

Responsibilities

n

n
Growing and reactivating new relationships from an existing database; managing all new client leads from start to finish
n
Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within the design industry
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Responding to and closing sales inquiries
n
Maximising order profitability
n
Developing compelling pitches and presentations
n
Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Proven sales experience within the design industry, preferably in timber or flooring
n
An understanding of design trends and preferences
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




A passion for building relationships and a knack for identifying opportunities
n
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
n
A proactive and results-oriented approach
n
Comfortable and confident communicating with Builders, Developers and Investors
n
