AKI Developments is currently looking for an experienced plant operator, required for a full time casual position on a 20-35t excavator. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years civil/subdivision experience as a final trim Excavator Operator.

We work across civil subdivision sites in the north & north-west suburbs.

n

Pay-rate will be discussed on application. (Travel allowance, OT, and super).

n

Position available from July 2026

n

You will need:

n

Excavator ticket

n

TopCon GPS experience

n

White card

n

Previous excavator experience (5 years minimum)

n

Own reliable vehicle

n

A excellent work ethic

n

Time management skills and the ability to work independently

n

To work in a team workplace

n

A commitment to safety

n

To be reliable and punctual

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Operating an excavator

n

Completing pre-starts and paperwork daily

n

Communicating with onsite foreman

n
