Job Description

Busy At Work in Cleveland seeks a Mentor to provide pre-employment support under Workforce Australia GEN Contract, helping customers improve work-readiness and secure sustainable employment. You will assess barriers, guide job-ready participants, and refer them to partners while supporting job search activities, resumes, and interview coaching.

The role is based in Cleveland, full time, until June 2027 with potential extension, working 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
