Sodexo is seeking a Security Officer Team Leader in Wyong, NSW.
This full-time role operates on a 4 on/4 off roster, leading gatehouse operations, supervising security staff, and ensuring protected, compliant site entry for employees, contractors and visitors.
You will monitor CCTV, manage access control, maintain records, and collaborate with the Facilities Manager to continuously improve security and safety on site.
A valid Security Licence and First Aid Certificate are required.
