Our client is a highly respected and award-winning commercial property agency in Adelaide, known for delivering outstanding results and nurturing long-term client relationships.
They are now seeking a driven and qualified Sales & Leasing Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll be responsible for:
Prospecting and securing new commercial sales and leasing opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
Conducting property inspections and negotiations
Preparing marketing campaigns and lease/sale documentation
Meeting and exceeding performance targets
Providing market advice and insights to clients
The Ideal Candidate You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Proven experience in commercial or residential sales/leasing
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
A proactive attitude with a hunger for success
A reliable car and valid driver's licence
Strong local market knowledge (advantageous)
