About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a delightful 5-year-old participant living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 3.
This role focuses on providing consistency, emotional regulation support, community participation and building a positive therapeutic relationship.
Duties Include
School pick-up
Community access and outings
Supporting communication and engagement
Assistance with daily routines
Encouraging play-based learning
Behaviour support using a calm and positive approach
Documentation within ShiftCare
Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Understanding of emotional regulation and sensory supports




Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to remain calm, patient and engaging
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services or Health).
Experience with ASD Level 3 participants
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support
