Job Description
About the role
Working alongside the warehouse manager, you will coordinate the efficient and timely delivery of goods to BioMedica customers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Accurately pick,



pack and dispatch stock orders
Receive all shipments following QA inspection processes by technical team; Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack
Responsible for unpacking all stock on to shelves and storing appropriately
Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse
General upkeep tasks to maintain an orderly warehouse
Key Performance Indicators:
Customer orders are treated as a priority - dispatched within hours of invoice
Stock orders made in a timely manner to reduce OOS
Receiving stock efficiently
Order picking accuracy
Pack and dispatch orders at minimum cost per order
Upkeep ofthe Warehouse procedures SOP manual

About you:
You enjoy a job where you can move around and keep busy, where the day goes quickly and the team are committed to achieving optimum outcomes for our customers.
Working on your feet for extended periods you will be physically capable, able to bend, twist and lift items of up to 5kg.

Previous warehouse/dispatch experience
Ability to work autonomously
A positive attitude
Knowledge of the FIFO method of storing and picking stock
Basic PC skills
Attention to detail, organised and proactive
Problem solving skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
