Job Description
Downer is seeking a Zero Harm Advisor to join the Energy and Utilities team supporting the Unity Water contract in South East Queensland.
Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you will embed a safety-first culture across operations, coach frontline teams and drive safety excellence while ensuring compliance and wellbeing for people and communities.
You will collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain SWMS and safety documentation, conduct audits and investigations, and support injury
