Experienced Property Manager / Support to Senior PM – School Hours

Turner Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants a role built around their strengths, lifestyle and preferred workload. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys property management but no longer wants the pressure of managing a full end‐to‐end portfolio.

About the role
n
You will work closely with our Senior Property Manager, supporting her with selected PM tasks based on your strengths. This may include:

Owner and tenant communication
n
Routine administration
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Leasing support
n
n
We will shape the role around what you enjoy and what you do best.
n
There is no requirement to manage a full portfolio unless you choose to.
n




What you will NOT be responsible for
n
n
No after hours calls
n
No overloaded portfolio
n
No unrealistic KPIs
n
No high pressure setting
n
n
About you
n
You're someone who is:
n
n
Experienced (minimum 2 years in residential PM)
n
Registered (WA PM registration required)
n
Organised, reliable and confident with communication
n
Collaborative, respectful and supportive — the qualities that define our culture
