We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Vertical Farmingbusiness based in Docklands, Victoria.
This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combinestructured development with hands-on commercial experience, supporting customerpartnerships, commercial performance and strategic business initiatives.
Workingalongside experienced commercial and sales leaders, you'll help identify growthopportunities, analyse market and customer trends, improve business processesand contribute to commercial initiatives that support the continued growth ofCosta's Vertical Farming category.

Aboutthis position:
As a graduate within Costa's Vertical Farming team, you'll work acrosscustomer, commercial and operational activities that support sustainablecategory growth and exceptional customer outcomes.
No two days are the same.
One day you may be analysing sales performanceand market trends, the next you could be supporting customer planningactivities,
participating in retailer discussions or working with operationalteams to improve forecasting and supply planning.

Aboutyou:
We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially minded andexcited by the opportunity to solve business challenges in a dynamic andgrowing industry.
You may have recently completed (or be in your final year of)a degree in:
Agribusiness
Business
Commerce
Marketing
Economics
Agriculture
Horticulture
Supply Chain & Logistics
Or a related discipline.
You will also:

Be comfortable working with data and identifying insights
Show initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
