Goulburn-Murray Water is seeking a Business Systems Administrator (CRM) to own and optimise our CRM and Billing platform. Based in Tatura, you will manage implementation, transition to business-as-usual and ongoing platform administration, influencing how the platform operates for years to come.

You'll lead the technology delivery, configure and optimise the CRM, manage workflows, security and data governance, and work with implementation partners while maintaining platform standards.
