NORTHSIX is seeking a proactive Workshop Leading Hand in Altona to run a busy service workshop, mentor technicians, and keep jobs progressing safely and efficiently.
You'll coordinate shop tasks, provide diesel and mechanical diagnostics support, ensure equipment is serviced and ready, and maintain clear communication with the Service Coordinator.
