Hakka Foods is looking for motivated Process Workers to join our production team, working full time hours on a casual basis. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operating food production and processing equipment
n
Monitoring production lines to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
n
Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues
n
Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
n
Packing, labelling, and handling finished products
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Assisting with stock control and inventory activities
n
Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues
n




Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
n
Completing production paperwork and records accurately
n

Qualifications:

n

n
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
n
Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
n
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
n
Comfortable working in hot and/or cold environments
n
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
n
Flexibility to work across different shifts when required
n
