You'll partner closely with leaders to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support positive workplace outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n

Support leaders in navigating complex people issues and building ER capability
n
Play a key role in enterprise bargaining negotiations
n
Interpret and apply employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and company policies
n
Develop and implement ER strategies that promote a positive employee experience
n
Identify trends and risks across ER cases and recommend proactive solutions
n
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, and tools
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in an Employee Relation or Industrial Relations
n
Robust knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
n
Experienced in managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations
n
Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Highly resilient with excellent judgement and decision-making ability
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work with ambiguity
n
