What you'll be doing
Assisting the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
Fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership, coaching and support to the retail team

Monitoring and analysing store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales and operational targets
