As part of the 4K Automotive Group, Noble Sea-Doo & Can-Am, located in the heart of Chullora, is the only local dealership that sells the number one Sea-Doo PWC, Can-Am ATV and Can-Am SSV - the industry-leading vehicles that have changed the way motorsports enthusiasts see their riding experience.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Powersports Sales & Service Consultant to join our team on a full time basis. If you have a passion for powersports or enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

n

n
Manage incoming sales enquiries for Sea-Doo and Can-Am products
n
Follow up leads and maintain CRM activities
n
Assist customers with parts and accessories enquiries
n
Interpret parts and prepare quotations
n
Book service appointments and assist with service advising duties
n




Process customer payments and prepare sales documentation
n
Maintain showroom presentation and stock displays
n
Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
n
Support inventory management and stock control
n
Assist with customer complaint resolution and aftersales support
n
Provide support to Volkswagen Sales, Toyota Service or Volkswagen Service departmentsduring quieter seasonal periods

Qualifications:

n

n
Solid customer service and communication skills
n
Previous automotive, marine, motorcycle or powersports experience preferred
n
Ability to learn technical product knowledge
n
Computer literacy and ability to work with dealership management systems
