X-Golf is Australia's largest indoor golf entertainment business, and because of on recent opening becoming available, we are looking for a current Casual Team Member to join our high performing team in Geelong.

Our venue is well established in the Geelong community and is going through a phase of continued growth and change.

With 5 state-of-the-art golf simulators, a full bar and service area, topped off by options for all day long entertainment, X- Golf Geelong is one of the go-to destinations for year-round indoor entertainment.

The Role:

n

The role will be reporting to and receiving support from the Venue Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

n
Ensuring a high standard of customer experience driving venue success
n
Working events and collaborating with venue staff to ensure that events run smoothly
n
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
n




Liaising with the Venue Operations Manager, Managing Director and support staff in regard to venue operations
n
Understanding and maintaining golf simulators on a day-to-day basis
n
Assisting with maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuring accuracy of data entry
n
Openning & Closing of the Venue

To be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate all, if not a combination of the following:

Flexibility across seven operating days
n
Availability and competance to work independantly
n
Current RSA certificate
n
Basic computer, technology, and word processing skills
n
