About the Role:

n

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and caring matured aged Bus Driver & Outside School Hours Care Educator to join our supportive team. This dual role involves safely transporting children and creating a warm, engaging learning setting during before and after school care.

Hours:

n

n
Split shift during school terms: 5 hours a day 5 days a week
n
7:30am – 9:30am
n
2:30pm – 5:30pm
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

As a Bus Driver:

n

n
Safely transport children to and from local schools and picking up of children from their homes.
n
Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness.
n
Follow all road safety protocols.




n
Build positive relationships with children and their families.
n

n

As an Educator:

n

n
Plan and deliver creative, fun activities for before and after school care.
n
Supervise and support children's safety, wellbeing, and development.
n
Nurture children's social and emotional skills with patience and kindness.
n
Create a welcoming, inclusive workplace.
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
25 years of age or above.
n
Minimum Certificate 3 in Children's Services.
n
Current First Aid (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis) – or willingness to obtain.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.
