About the Role
n
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership and contacting us by phone. You will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience while providing administrative support across various departments.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner
n
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
n
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
n
Supporting dealership administration and customer service functions
n
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
n




Assisting with customer appointments and showroom coordination
n
Providing support to sales, service and management teams as required
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
A professional presentation and positive attitude
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy setting
n
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
