We're looking for a Community Partnerships Manager to become the face of our growing allied health practice across Melbourne. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll build trusted partnerships that help connect people with quality physiotherapy and allied health services.

The Opportunity
n
You'll represent our organisation across Melbourne, developing referral partnerships with:
n
Allied health professionals
n
GPs and medical specialists
n
Hospitals
n
Aged care providers
n
Community organisations
n
You'll spend most of your time meeting referral partners, understanding their clients' needs and becoming the trusted person they think of when someone needs allied health services delivered in their home.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and growreferral partnerships across Melbourne.
n
Identifynew referral opportunities and grow existing relationships.
n
Meet regularly with referral partners, both in person and online.
n
Attend networking events and community education sessions.
n
Coordinate and follow up referrals to ensure an exceptional experience.
n
MaintainaccurateCRM
records and referral reporting.
n
Work closely with our Director, Clinical Lead and Allied Health team to support ongoing growth.
n

About You
n
You'llbring:
n
Experience in relationship management, partnerships or business development.
n
Outstanding communication and networking skills.
n
Strong organisation and the ability to work independently.
n
A genuine passion for building long-term relationships.
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne.
n
Experience in NDIS, allied health, disability, agedcareor healthcare is highly regarded, along with an understanding of referral pathways.
n
