About the Role
n
Working closely with the Marketing Specialist – Australia, you will support the day‐to‐day execution of ESY Sunhome's marketing activities across social media, content, customer projects, events, campaigns and partner marketing.
n
A key focus of the role will be helping build greater awareness of ESY Sunhome among Australian homeowners, installers and industry partners through practical, authentic and locally relevant content.
n
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of marketing activities, from creating social media content and visiting customer installations to supporting trade events, coordinating campaigns and working with our sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
n
Social Media & Community Engagement
n
n
Manage ESY Sunhome Australia's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
n
Create, schedule and publish written, visual and video content.
n
Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure regular content is published.
n
Monitor comments, direct messages, reviews and relevant online communities and Facebook groups.
n
Respond to straightforward customer and community enquiries using approved information and messaging.
n
Identify and escalate technical enquiries, complaints, warranty matters and sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
n
Monitor customer feedback, common questions, competitor activity and industry discussions.
n
Track engagement and provide regular reporting on content performance.
n

Content Creation & Customer Stories
n
n




Create practical and engaging local content, including social posts, graphics, photos, short‐form videos and interviews.
n
Visit selected customer sites and installations to capture photos and video content.
n
Coordinate customer stories, installer interviews and project case studies.
n
Capture and organise content for use by external agencies where higher‐production editing is required.
n
Adapt global marketing materials for the Australian market and audience.
n
Maintain an organised library of local photos, videos and project content.
n

Campaigns, Events & Partner Marketing
n
n
Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
n
Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, installer training sessions and partner events.
n
Coordinate event materials, signage, registrations and post‐event follow‐up.
n
Assist with updating brochures, presentations, website content and partner marketing materials.
n
Work with installers, distributors and resellers to identify content and marketing opportunities.
n
Help organise and maintain marketing and event leads for sales follow‐up.
n

Marketing Coordination
n
n
Coordinate marketing timelines, content, assets, approvals and internal requirements.
n
Work closely with sales, technical teams, external agencies and our global headquarters.
n
Support approved customer and partner communications.
n
Maintain marketing schedules, files, content libraries and activity records.
n
Provide general coordination support across marketing, events and customer engagement activities.
n

Administrative & Office Support
n
As part of a growing local business, you will also provide general administrative support, including:
n
n
Supporting day‐to‐day office operations, including office supplies and workplace coordination.
n
Coordinating with headquarters on attendance records, employee documentation and administrative matters.
n
Assisting with employee onboarding and general HR administration.
n
Maintaining relevant employee and administrative records.
n
Supporting invoice processing, expense tracking and general office administration.
n
Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers when required.
n

What We're Looking For
n
We are looking for someone who combines marketing capability with strong communication, organisation and a willingness to get hands‐on.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
1–3 years' experience in marketing, social media, content creation,



communications or a similar role.
n
Experience managing business social media accounts.
n
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
n
A good understanding of Australian culture, communication styles and online communities.
n
Confidence creating written, visual and video content.
n
Basic experience with photography, video editing and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
n
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
n
Confidence communicating with customers, homeowners, installers, distributors, partners and internal teams.
n
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐moving environment.
n
Experience in solar, battery storage, renewable energy, electrical products, trades or technology will be highly regarded.
n
A willingness to attend customer sites, installations, trade shows and industry events when required.
