Newly created role in a large corporate client for an Insurance Manager to be a pivotal part in a Group Insurance program with high complexity and significant stakeholders

The role
n
n
Subject Matter expert in commercial insurance program
n
Working collaboratively within a team setting on large program
n
Working with external providers, corporate broker, lawyers and insurers
n
Extensive internal stakeholder management across the business at GM level
n
Collating insurance requirements from all areas of business for annual review
n
Providing guidance and expert advice on risk and risk mitigation
n
Proactive management of claims through insurer and lawyers
n
n
What we are looking for
n
n
In-house experience or corporate broker with in‐house consulting skills
n




An excellent understanding of all products within commercial insurance
n
Experience with risk
management/mitigation
– partnering with business
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills – up to executive level
n
A solid understanding of proactive claims management for high value claims
n
Developed relationship management skills to maximise relationships with lawyers and insurers
n
