What you'll be doing:
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants,



and suppliers.
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
n
Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
n
Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
n
Preparing and completing lease sign-ups and tenancy documentation.
n
Using Ailo and other systems to efficiently manage your portfolio.
n
What you'll bring:
n
Must hold a current ACT Real Estate Registration or Licence.
n
Previous experience as a Property Manager.
n
A reliable, registered, and roadworthy vehicle.
n
A willing and positive attitude.
n
Strong focus on customer service.
n
Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.
n
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
n
