Join our team as an Indoor Plant Technician and help maintain beautiful indoor plants across Sydney's leading workplaces. Working independently, you'll deliver exceptional plant care while building strong relationships with clients. Every day is different, offering a rewarding mix of horticulture, customer service and hands‐on work.

Key Responsibilities

Service andmaintainindoor plants across a portfolio of commercial client sites.
n
Monitor plant health, including watering, pruning,
cleaning,fertilisingand
pest management.
n
Identify and proactively resolve plant health issues to maintain the highest presentation standards.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
n
Maintainaccurateservice
schedules and complete daily runs efficiently.
n
Safely
transport,replaceand
rotate plants asrequired.
n
Ensureall work is completedin accordance withWHS requirements and company standards.
n
Maintain company
vehicle,equipmentand
tools to a high standard.
n
n
Skills and Experience Required
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent qualification (preferred).




n
Previousexperience in indoor plant
maintenance,horticultureor
a similar role.
n
Strong knowledge of plant care, pest and disease management and indoor growing environments.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Strongorganisationaland
time management skills with the ability to work independently.
n
A positive
attitude,reliabilityand
attention to detail.
n
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including
lifting,carryingand
ladder work.
n
Current Australian
DriverLicence(essential).
